Our Policies: Cancellations

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or a No-show reservation are subject to prepaying for future services.

Our Policies: Late Arrivals

To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.

Our Policies: Redo/Refunds

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on hair services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. Due to the nature of our business and the fact that each stylist is independent, any redo must be performed by the stylist that performed the original service. If customer would like another stylist to perform a correction, it will be at the full expense of the client.

Our Policies: Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable and only redeemable with the stylist it was purchased from.

Coastal Styling has the right to refuse service to anyone that is abusing these policies.

Changes To Policies

Coastal Styling reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Policies under which Products, Services & www.coastalstylingstudio.com is offered.
